Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 June 2026

1. Who we are

This website (netpoint.hr, the “Site”) is operated by Netpoint Systems d.o.o.(the “Company”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Croatia.

Netpoint Systems d.o.o.
Slavonska Avenija 1c
10000 Zagreb, Croatia
VAT ID: HR42981588778
Contact: Email us

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit netpoint.hr or contact us through the channels described below, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Croatian Personal Data Protection Act, and the ePrivacy Directive.

FieldServe.ai is a separate product operated by the Company under its own privacy notice. This policy covers only the Netpoint corporate website.

3. What data we collect

We process personal data in two contexts:

3.1 Website analytics

We use Plausible Analytics — an EU-hosted, privacy-first analytics service operated by Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia). Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not log IP addresses. We see only aggregate, anonymous metrics: page views, top pages, referring sites, country (derived from the visit, not stored), and device type. Because no personal data is processed, no cookie banner or consent is required for it.

3.2 Contact & email

The Site contacts you only through direct email links. When you email us — including via the “Talk to us” and “Talk to Netpoint” buttons, which open your own email client — we receive your name, email address, company (optional), the content of your message, and any other information you choose to share. The Site does not host a stored contact form and does not collect this data automatically.

4. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

  • Aggregate website analytics— to understand how the Site is used and improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No personal data is involved.
  • Responding to your inquiries— to answer your emails and to arrange and follow up on any meetings you request. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

5. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only with the service providers necessary to operate this Site and respond to you:

  • Plausible Insights OÜ(Estonia) — anonymous website analytics
  • Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd(Ireland) — business email and, where applicable, Microsoft Teams video meetings
  • OVH SAS(France) — hosting infrastructure for the Site

Each of these providers acts as a data processor under GDPR Art. 28 and is bound by appropriate data-processing terms.

6. International transfers

Our providers process data within the European Economic Area. Where any transfer outside the EEA occurs, it relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. Cookies

The Site itself does not set tracking cookies, and our analytics provider does not use cookies. Your browser's settings let you block or clear cookies at any time.

8. How long we keep your data

  • Analytics: aggregate, anonymous data only — no per-visitor record exists.
  • Inquiries: kept as long as necessary to respond and follow up; deleted on request, and in any case within 24 months of the last interaction.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your personal data and receive a copy;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased (right to be forgotten);
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • data portability in a structured, machine-readable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
  • lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us. We respond within 30 days as required by the GDPR.

10. Security

The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). Email inquiries are handled in our standard business email system, and any meetings use encrypted transport.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.

12. Questions

For any privacy-related question, write to us.
